Report Requirements

Reports should be no longer than 2 pages in length, and should follow the conference paper template.

30-Second Video Requirements

  • Maximum file size is 20 MB (Megabytes)
  • Video Dimensions should be at least 1920 pixels wide and 1080 pixels high (HD)
  • Video container format should be: MPEG-4 (.mp4), Ogg (.ogg), MPEG-2 (.mpg) or WebM (.webm)
  • CODEC should be a common/standard, such as: H.262/MPEG-2 Part 2, MPEG-4 Part 2, H.264 / MPEG-4 AVC, Ogg Theoris, etc.
  • Because video is already compressed, do not use a file compression like Zip or 7-Zip, etc.

5-Minute Video Requirements

  • Same as for 30-second video, except maximum file size is 300 MB (Megabytes)
