ICIP 2022 Registration

ICIP 2022 will be a hybrid conference allowing all registrants to choose to attend the event virtually or in-person.

The in-person experience brings our community together but also must support the traditional costs associated with face-to-face events like space rental, catering, and increased audiovisual needs, such as bringing the content to our virtual users via broadcasting and streaming services. As a result, the author’s registration fees will be set equally regardless of attendance type.

Change In-Person/Virtual Choice for Author Registration

Those registered at the author rate will have access to the virtual conference, as well as the in-person component in Bordeaux, France for the same rate. We ask that authors determine at which venue they will attend ICIP 2022 by the deadline of 10 August. Exceptions will be considered for those who would like to travel after this deadline, but may not be accepted. If you have already registered at an author rate, and wish to change your in-person location / virtual choice, click the button below to enter the change.

Access to all ICIP 2022 technical sessions in person and in the virtual conference platforms, virtual poster presentations and on-demand prerecorded video presentations, welcome reception, breaks, exhibits, and one copy of the electronic proceedings. Free access to the Bordeaux public transport network will be offered to in-person attendees. The ticket will be delivered at the conference registration desk and will be valid from 16-21 October.
