Submit a Paper
General Submission Information
The organizers of this meeting require the use of electronic submission. Details and instructions may be found below, and also on the submission website. Authors may choose to submit to special sessions in addition to the general topics listed in the Call-for-Papers. A list of special sessions is given in the document below, and also on the submission website. Authors may choose to submit either a one page abstract or a two-page summary for each presentation. All abstracts and summaries must be submitted online.
The deadline for submissions to the 2023 National Radio Science Meeting is 11:59 p.m. (Hawaii time) on Friday, September 16, 2022. This includes all abstracts, summaries, and entries to the Student Paper Contest.
If you have any questions on abstract/summary submission or the technical program, please direct them to Jamesina Simson at jamesina.simpson@utah.edu. Abstracts are limited to one page, must be in the proper format, and must have a minimum of 250 words. You will not be able to submit an abstract that does not meet the minimum length requirements. Summaries are limited to two pages, must be in the proper format, and must substantially fill up both of the two pages, or else they will be rejected. Please see the templates for the proper formatting of the abstracts and summaries (each has a different format). After abstract/summary submission is complete, please note that registration is required to attend any session of the meeting or to present a paper. More information about USNC-URSI is available here.
