Paper Submission

1. Submissions should follow the IEEE conference template: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
2. Initial submissions should be four A4 (21 cm x 29.7 cm) pages in length.
3. Final submissions should be between four and six A4 pages in length.
4. Invited speakers should submit either a 1-page abstract or a full-length paper that follows the format above.

6. Abstract submissions should be PDF format.
7. Abstracts will be blind reviewed, so please remove author names from the actual abstract and try to refrain from content which will reveal the identity of the authors.

Late news submissions should follow the instructions above but can be between three and six A4 pages in length for both the initial and final submissions.
