Registration Fees

Each registration includes admission to the virtual conference and one copy of the electronic proceedings. IEEE Member Publishing Author  USD $340 USD $340

  1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
  2. You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE Member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.
  3. Conference rate at the conference hotel is available for a limited number of rooms until March 8, and is subject to availability thereafter.

All conference transactions shall be in US Dollars. The conference accepts payment by credit cards, check and bank transfer. Attendees not using credit cards must forward a check or money order payable to IEEE SSIAI 2020 and drawn on a US bank or a US branch of an International bank for the total registration amount in US Dollars. There will be a $50 fee assessed for returned checks or for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: A full refund, after a US $50 (equivalent) processing fee, will be given, provided the request is applied for prior to the last day of the Advance Registration deadline. Refunds will not be issued after the advance registration deadline, unless in extreme cases (i.e. medical or family emergencies, visa issues). In such cases, the organizers must be alerted prior to the conference start date. To obtain a refund, an email must be submitted containing proof of the extenuating circumstance, up to one week after the conference end date. Any visa related issues must provide proof that the application was submitted at least 30 days prior to the conference start date.

Presenting Papers

Each paper must have at least one author registered at a non-student rate by March 15, 2020. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the conference. Please enter the paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your registration here. One non-student registration can cover up to 3 papers authored by the registrant.

Each accepted paper will be published in the conference proceedings, provided at least one author registers in advance at the non-student rate and gives a presentation at the conference.
