ICASSP 2019 Journal Presentation Request

Title should be in ALL CAPS and should EXACTLY match the paper submitted. Avoid using LaTeX codes in the paper title; all elements in the title should be representable in a Unicode font.

Make sure the full title is entered; beware of line breaks when pasting from a PDF file.

Limit the abstract text to a maximum of 200 words.

Primary Review Topic

Note: The secondary review topic is optional, but helps the technical program committee better plan for your submission.

Papers in IEEE journals in which the IEEE Signal Processing Society is at least a partial sponsor published between October 28, 2017 and October 27, 2018 are eligible for presentation at ICASSP 2019, subject to space availability and approval by the Technical Program Chairs of ICASSP 2019.

Journal papers presented at ICASSP 2019 will be included in the ICASSP 2019 proceedings, but they will not be posted to IEEE Xplore because they already appear there.

Note: Paper submissions from journals that are not solely owned by SPS must be reviewed and approved by all co-sponsors before they can be accepted to be presented at a conference.

Authors should be aware:

  1. If the presentation request is accepted, the presenter is required to give the presentation in-person at ICASSP 2019 and must follow the conference instruction to register and pay the appropriate registration fee for attendance at the conference by a presenter.
  2. Journal papers presented at ICASSP 2019 will not be re-published in the ICASSP 2019 proceedings, as they are already published in a journal.
