Payment Policy
All fees are stated in US dollars and all checks must be drawn on a US bank in US funds. Company or government purchase orders are not accepted. Only registration or exhibitor application forms which are accompanied by payment will be processed.
Registration Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Registration & Events Fee will apply on all charges if canceled. Substitutions are permitted. Only written requests for refunds received before September 24, 2021 will be accepted. In exceptional cases, AMTA may approve the cancellation after the cutoff date. In the event a registrant is unable to travel to attend the symposium due to travel restrictions, they will be allowed access to the live content and a full refund of purchased event tickets. The Host Committee will require evidence of the restriction.
Early Registration Deadline
The deadline for Early Registration is Midnight EDT, September 24, 2021. Thereafter, the Regular Registration price will be in effect.
