Submission Title

Title should be written in Title Case and should EXACTLY match the paper submitted. Avoid using LaTeX codes in the paper title; all elements in the title should be representable in a Unicode font.

Make sure the full title is entered; beware of line breaks when pasting from a PDF file.

Short Summary

Limit the summary text to a maximum of 200 words.

Presentation Format Preference

Optionally choose a preference for the presentation format if this paper is accepted. Presentation format preferences are not guaranteed, but will assist the chairs in putting together the program.

Student/YP Pitch Competition

Requirements for eligibility:

  1. The presenter must be a student (undergraduate, graduate, PhD) or a young professional (postdoc, early-career industry).
  2. If selected, participants will be asked to submit all required materials (short abstract and 1-page CV) via the Pitch Competition Application System.
  3. At least one team member must attend NER 2025 in person and deliver the pitch during the scheduled session.
